With our 29,000 square foot advanced composites manufacturing facility, Matrix Composites is well suited to meet the precision requirements of aerospace, medical, military and commercial industries. Our facility operates in compliance with AS 9100 quality standards and we're site qualified by many of the leading aerospace manufacturers. Preforming Numerous large computer-controlled ovens are used for preforming and vacuum curing of composite components. Secondary Processes A Post-Finishing Center is equipped to support trimming, drilling, bonding, assembly, and painting processes.  Our Tooling Department has the necessary facilities to provide a variety of tooling and fixturing in support of production and development needs.
