Our 29, 000 square foot manufacturing plant is perfectly suited to meet the precision requirements of the military industry, and our AS9100 quality standards facility is well equipped to support all phases of composites manufacturing.
Matrix Composites was the first small business qualified to supply RTM (Resin Transfer Molded) primary structures to Lockheed Martin’s F22 program. Matrix supplied over 60 different fracture-durability and wind-swept surface critical components on the aircraft. We have also supplied high performance composites to the US Army and Navy..

Matrix Demonstrates Expertise with Precision Closed Molding

The Matrix team utilized its 20 year heritage in precision RTM composites and design to develop, test, and manufacture high-quality Radomes for the US Navy's long-range, land-attack projectile (LRLAP) advanced gun system (AGS) Program.

The composite Radomes passed the Navy's latest round of guided flight tests with flying colors.

LONGBOW Mast-Mounted Radome

Matrix resin transfer molds components for the Apache Longbow helicopter program for Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control division. Twelve parts are produced and fly on the Apache AH64 helicopter. These components have been produced by Matrix since 1996.
